ABOUT OUR PASTOR
DR. VALENCIA EDNER

Rev. Valencia Edner, D.Min. (Dr. Vee) is an ordained elder in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and serves as pastor of Carter Metropolitan CME Church in Fort Worth, TX. A Detroit native, she holds degrees in Communications, English, Theology, and a Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary.

Rev. Edner is a preacher, educator, musician, and co-author of Little Fire Everywhere. She leads Veeencouraged Ministries and hosts Thriving Tuesdays on Facebook Live. She also serves as National Coordinator of Music and Arts for the CME Church and Vice President of Women in Ministry for the Houston Metropolitan Baptist Ministers Alliance.

A passionate advocate for justice and encouragement, Dr. Vee continues to serve with creativity, compassion, and conviction.
